What We Cover
- •Worms arriving dead or in poor condition

What We Don't Cover
- •Deaths occurring more than 2 days after delivery (this indicates improper care or environmental conditions)
- •Returns due to customer error in setup or maintenance
- •Worms that die due to extreme temperatures during shipping (rare, but beyond our control)

Return Window: No Returns Accepted
Because worm castings and worm compost tea are living, perishable products that begin to degrade immediately after harvest, we do not accept returns on these items. However, we stand behind the quality of our products!

Damage or Quality Issues
If you receive castings or tea that are damaged, contaminated, or don't meet our quality standards:

Kits must be unused and in original packaging. Once used, kits cannot be returned.
